James DeWoody has made art in downtown Manhattan since 1972. Currently, his work combines drawing, painting and screened monoprinting. His work has been shown at Chambers Fine Art, Gallery 51, South Jersey Art Gallery ad Arthur Rogers in New Orleans. His work is a part of the permanent collections at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Goldman Sachs and the Parrish Art Museum. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Art on Paper and Esquire.
